Director dealings: AVI Global Trust board member invests, LSE buyback continues
(Sharecast News) - AVI Global Trust was on the list of director buys on Wednesday, after it disclosed a share purchase worth almost £40k. The FTSE 250 company said director June Jessop picked up 20,000 shares on 13 June, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
Jessop paid 196.4p for each share, valuing the transaction at a total of £39,280.
On the selling side of things, London Stock Exchange Group's share buyback programme had another entry.
The firm said York Holdings II sold back another 8,027 shares on 13 June, at a price of 8,728.51p apiece.
In its disclosure, LSE Group said Martin Brand is a director of both itself, and of York Holdings II, which is part of the share ownership structure linked to Thomson Reuters and Blackstone, created when they sold Refinitiv to LSE.
At the close on Wednesday, shares in AVI Global Trust were up 0.51% at 197.8p, while those in London Stock Exchange Group were down 0.51% at 8,658p.
