Director dealings: Ceres Power, Pharos Energy insiders buy shares
(Sharecast News) - In market disclosures made on Tuesday, directors at Ceres Power and Pharos Energy engaged in transactions related to their respective companies. Karen Bomba, a non-executive director at Ceres Power, purchased 12,121 shares on 29 January at a price of 230.7179p per share, resulting in a total transaction value of £27,965.32.
Following the acquisition, Bomba's total holdings in Ceres stood at 12,121 shares.
Elsewhere, Pharos Energy reported that its chief executive officer Jann Brown and chief financial officer Sue Rivett both acquired shares.
The transactions also took place on 29 January, and the shares were purchased on the open market as part of trading plans that were initially entered into by each director on 19 April 2022.
Brown acquired 30,221 Pharos shares for 21.6647p each, representing a total value of £6,547.29.
As a result of the acquisition, the CEO now held 2,213,496 shares in Pharos Energy, corresponding to 0.524% of its issued share capital.
Sue Rivett meanwhile acquired 4,501 shares at the same price of 21.6647p per share, resulting in a total value of £975.13.
Following the transaction, the CFO held 278,349 shares in Pharos Energy, equivalent to 0.066% of its issued share capital.
At the close on Tuesday, shares in Ceres Power Holdings were down 0.76% at 210p, and those in Pharos Energy were off 2.33% at 21p.
