Director dealings: Hill & Smith chair, SSP CEO make confident purchases
(Sharecast News) - Hill & Smith was on the list of director buys on Thursday after Alan Giddins, the executive chair, acquired 9,000 shares. Giddins paid 1,663.275778p for each share on 27 September, summing the investment up to £149,694.82.
On a similar note, SSP Group's group chief executive officer, Patrick Coveney, made a substantial purchase of 75,000 shares.
Those were priced at 199.3p each on 28 September, amounting to £149,475.00.
Both transactions were carried out at the London Stock Exchange.
At 1604 BST, shares in Hill & Smith were up 3.12% at 1,718p, while those in SSP Group were ahead 0.6% at 202p.
