Director dealings: Howden Joinery executives invest, Anglo Pacific chiefs make sales
(Sharecast News) - Howden Joinery Group disclosed more than £0.1m of director buys on Monday, made by its chief executive and financial officers. The FTSE 250 company said CEO Andrew Livingston had made two purchases totalling 11,505 shares, spending a total of £94,500.22.
In the first transaction, he bought 8,475 shares at 821.76p each, spending a total of £69,639.08, and in the second he spent £24,861.15 on 3,030 shares at 820.5p apiece.
Its CFO Paul Hayes, meanwhile, bought 7,000 shares for 807p each, spending a total of £56,489.65 in the process.
Both purchases were made on the London Stock Exchange on Monday.
On the selling side of the ledger, Anglo Pacific Group reported sales also made by its chief executive and financial officers.
The London-listed mining royalty investor said its CEO Julian Treger had sold 18,477 shares on the London Stock Exchange on 23 February, netting a total of £25,043.73.
Its CFO Kevin Flynn, meanwhile, exercised options over 300,000 shares at a price of 84.05p each, before selling around a quarter-of-a-million shares in two transactions.
Flynn sold 241,165 shares in the first transaction, and 9,155 in the second, both for a price of 135.54p each, as part of automatic sales to satisfy the income tax requirements of his share vesting.
That resulted in total transaction values of £327,281.65 and £12,408.69, respectively.
Additionally, Flynn bought 33,779 shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 138p each, Anglo Pacific said.
