Director dealings: Intercede chair spends almost £40k on shares
(Sharecast News) - Digital identity specialist Intercede was in the red on Tuesday afternoon, after its chairman spent almost £40k on shares. The company said Royston Hoggarth bought 75,493 shares on Monday on the London Stock Exchange.
He paid an average price of 49.6p per share, valuing the transaction at £37,444.53.
Following the purchase, Hoggarth had an increased shareholding of 244,214 shares in the company, representing 0.42% of its issued capital.
At 1548 BST, shares in Intercede Group were down 8.26% at 50p.
