Director dealings: Judges Scientific chair makes £72k sale
(Sharecast News) - Fintel was on the list of director buys on Tuesday, after its chief executive officer spent over £35k on a tranche of its shares. The AIM-traded firm said Neil Stevens bought 17,537 shares on Monday for 201.4p each, spending a total of £35,319.52.
It said that after the purchase, Stevens had an interest in 3.75 million of its shares, representing 3.64% of its issued share capital.
On the selling side of the ledger, Judges Scientific disclosed a transaction made by its non-executive chairman wirth over £72k.
The AIM-traded company said Alexander Hambro sold 1,000 of its shares for 7,210p apiece, netting him a total of £72,100.
After the sale, it said Hambro's beneficial holding was now 61,000 shares, representing 0.96% of its total issued capital.
