Director dealings: Lancashire CEO's wife invests, Dunelm non-exec adds to holdings

(Sharecast News) - Lancashire Holdings was at the top of the list of buys on Monday, after it disclosed two purchases made by the spouse of group chief executive officer Alex Maloney. The FTSE 250 Bermuda-domiciled insurer said Amanda Maloney had bought 22,135 shares for 384p each in the first transaction, for a total of £84,998.40.

In the second transaction, she purchased 3,962 shares for 379p apiece, making that buy worth £15,015.98.

Following the transactions, Lancashire said Alex Maloney and his close associates had an interest of 910,899 of its common shares, representing a total holding of 0.3733%.

Of that, 181,819 common shares were held by his spouse Amanda Maloney.

Elsewhere, Dunelm Group reported a purchase worth more than £30k, made by one of its non-executive directors.

The FTSE 250 homewares retailer said Ian Bull bought 3,000 shares for 1,100p each, spending £33,000 in the process.

Following the transaction, Bull held a total of 11,000 of Dunelm's shares, or 0.01% of its issued share capital.

There were no disclosed director sales to note as of Monday afternoon.
