Director dealings: Mitchells & Butlers CEO makes share sale

(Sharecast News) - Mitchells & Butlers revealed on Thursday that chief executive Phil Urban had disposed of 16,049 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed pub landlord. Urban, who sold the shares to cover tax liabilities, offloaded the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 241.50p each, for a total value of £38,758.33.

As of 1600 GMT, M&B shares were down 1.44% at 239.50p.
