(Sharecast News) - Key figures at SSP Group and Tintra were involved with notable share transactions disclosed to the market on Friday. At SSP Group, deputy chief executive and chief financial officer Jonathan Davies bought 36,879 shares on the London Stock Exchange.
The purchase, which took place on 28 September, was at a price of 201.9462p per share, amounting to a total value of £74,475.74.
Elsewhere, Tintra reported two transactions involving The Tintra Trust (TTT), a PCA, or 'persons closely associated', of the company's CEO Richard Shearer.

That occurred on 27 September, with the shares priced at 150p each, bringing the total value of the sale to £750,000.
