Director dealings: Supreme CEO spends £0.41m on shares
(Sharecast News) - Batteries, lighting and vaping brand owner Supreme was at the top of the list of director buys on Tuesday, after its chief executive officer spent more than £0.41m on shares. The AIM-traded firm said Sandeep Chadha purchased 500,000 shares for 83.2p each on Monday, spending a total of £416,000.01.
It said the acquisition was made by Supreme 8 Limited, which is wholly-owned by Chadha.
Following the transaction, Chadha had a total beneficial interest in 66,626,845 of the company's shares, representing 57.13% of its current issued share capital.
Elsewhere, low-cost carrier Jet2 disclosed a purchase made by its CEO valued at almost £50k.
The AIM-traded airline said Stephen Heaphy bought 6,221 shares for 803.7p each, valuing the purchase at £49,998.18.
Jet2 said that after the purchase, Heaphy beneficially held 273,630 of its shares, representing 0.13% of its issued capital.
