Director dealings: TMT board members buy shares at serious discount
(Sharecast News) - Technology-focussed venture capital firm TMT Investments disclosed a number of share purchases made by board members on Friday. The AIM-traded company said executive director Alexander Selegenev, and Macmillan Trading Company - owned by head of strategy German Kaplun, head of investments Artemii Iniutin, and head of business development Alexander Morgulchik - agreed to buy shares outside a trading venue.
It said the shares were being acquired for $3.50 each from Eclectic Capital.
Alexander Selegenev bought 28,572 shares, spending a total of $100,002, while Macmillan purchased 57,143 shares, valuing the transaction at $200,000.50.
Macmillan is 45.05% owned by Morgulchik, with 37.17% held by Kaplun and 17.78% in the hands of Iniutin.
Following the acquisitions, TMT said Artemii Iniutin was interested in a total of 3,694,092 of its shares, representing 11.75% of its issued share capital, while German Kaplun was interested in 7,497,458 shares, or 23.84% of its issued capital.
Alexander Morgulchik, meanwhile, was interested in a total of 3,326,702 shares, or 10.58% of its issued share capital, and Alexander Selegenev was interested in 94,384 shares, or 0.3% of its issued capital.
At 1252 BST, shares in TMT Investments were down 0.99% in London, at $5.00.
